House made cheese sauce blended with cavatappi pasta & our tender seasoned house made short rib then topped with buttered Ritz Cracker crumbs & finished in the oven to a golden brown. Served with cornbread.
Braised Short Ribs
Seasoned beef short ribs slowly braised with red wine, select vegetables, & fresh herbs, stacked over our mashed sweet potatoes, drizzled with pan gravy, served with seasonal vegetables.
